A newly launched premium cold kitchen serving authentic Kerala Homefood wanted to grow and expand in the Mumbai market.
As the kitchen opened shortly before the pandemic, the risk-taking capacity was extremely low and they required a cost-effective solution.
The answer was simple, targeted ads for awareness mixed with influencer marketing lead the brand to slowly gain traction.
The brand not only managed to stay afloat during the 2 years of the pandemic but also gave the owners confidence to open its sister concern named Nair on Fryer which focussed on Kerala Street food and catered to the cheaper segment of the FnB market. Eventually, we built a website for the brand as well to enable them to track detailed analytics and optimize their advertisements even further.
