A beautiful 22-room- eco-friendly resort just 120 KM from Mumbai has just started and required all the marketing services required to grow under one roof.
The owners were technically challenged and had already had a very bad experience with a property management firm that they had hired for the first 3 months. The owner wanted complete control of the business and found it difficult to not only understand the newfound digital marketing but to also trust another agency.
After multiple meetings, detailed educational sessions, and marketing presentations, we were finally over to gain the trust of the management. We started by building a social presence, completely automating their booking systems with a dynamic platform, equipped with an effective booking management system and gaining more eyeballs via influencer marketing and targeted ads. We even helped them establish a holistic online presence and stable lead flow by registering them on OTA platforms like make my trip, airbnb, Goibibo, etc and regular SEO activities.
The property has over 10K visitors a month on its website, has been able to maintain a stable occupancy rate of 65%, gained over 2K organic followers on Instagram and has generated tons of user-generated content and good reviews.
